Small-batch, homemade sauce made from Scotch Bonnet Peppers & generous glugs of the Captain's favourite Spiced Rum.
Two South London DJs Chippie & Jimmy Plates met 20 years ago & bonded over music & (being of Sri Lankan & Italian heritage respectively) food.
They work together on community events with "Beats & Eats", fusing new music talent with independent food vendors. After one of many nights DJing together, too many spiced rum shots & the inevitable late night search for food with a decent chilli sauce, we made our own!
Perfect for dipping, BBQ's marinades and challenges. WARNING - THIS SAUCE IS HOT!!
We've teamed up with Sam's Chicken to launch our Spiced Rum Hot Sauce.
